This GrokLaw piece is so interesting you have to read it: Did SCO Really Reveal the Code to IBM, as Darl Claims?. The article basically shows how poor the SCO argument is that they have provided IBM with the information on their IP. I love the part about people who "likely have knowledge.." as the email address: fubar@us.ibm.com. Got to love it.
