Wednesday, October 22, 2003 This eWeek article, and the headline you click on to read it: Microsoft Opens Windows Source Code to Its MVPs implies that average Joe's, or MCSE's could get access to the source code for Windows. Really what they are saying is that the *resellers, and select devlopers* can get access to it based upon their loyalty, and whatever Microsoft decides. That means that around 1,800 people are eligible, not very many and it's unlikely that them having the source will mean very much.
