In a new article over at GrokLaw entitled: SCO Asks for More Time and IBM Says Just Show Us the Code, Already they talk about the discovery (pending since June 13th, 2003). IBM is telling the Judge that SCO hasn't given us anything but it's telling anyone that signs a NDA what the code is, and now is asking for a delay in giving IBM the evidence. Really interesting reading, especially the letter the IBM sent to the Judge.
