Here's a really *great* article about how the FBI is clearly violating two laws in order to get what they want in the Adrian Lamo case: The Subpoenas are Coming!. What I can see that the author didn't bring up is that the FBI is probably after the connection between the Journalists and Lamo (e.g. a third party) who can testify that Lamo talked with them, and corroberate dates and times. Interesting stuff indeed!
