Sorry, but I can't help it, this just sounds like someone was upset and wanted to get this guy no matter what it took: Lamo denies $300,000 database hack. If your not familir with it, Adrian hacked the NY Times. The Lexus-Nexis database charges are clearly meant to put him in jail.
