Here's a great piece that I'm sure we'll be hearing more about in the future: Will Linux Luminary 'Shred' SCO's Unix Claims?. The technique allows you to compare hash (MD5) sums of the source code to validate and verify that there is no common code. Should throw some of SCOs clamis out the window once the've run them. This will be interesting reading in the future....
