eWeek has a interesting and eye opening article about the FBI Race to Update IT. They talk about FBI agents using 386 laptops, the FBI infrastructure being about 3-5 years behind most companies, as well as there being 3-4 internal networks and doezens of internal databases. Not a good thing to be hearing....
