This Security Focus article "Copying is Theft ..." is one of the best that I've seen in a while on the RIAA -vs- "P2P users" issue. He brings up theft vs. copying as well as Fair and Unfair use (a *big* issue to me). I also agree with some of the commenters about the 75 years that copyright holders now have (ridiculous amount of time). It's been a while since I've seen one so well written.
