Ok, I've not seen this anywhere else, but a BBC article pointe me to this site: Qualys Current Vulnerabilities and Security Threats. Apparently Qualys is doing automated scans of the internet to check for vulns. Interesting stuff...., and scary (There's a "free" scan of your network perimeter!).
