Ok, the Chewbacca Defense sounds like something chess users would come up with, but no lawyers are actually using it. Read this article over at SlashDot for more: SCO Attorney Declares GPL Invalid. The Register piece (referenced in the article) asked: "Has the whole world gone stark staring bonkers? [Yes. Ed.]".
