Interesting side effect to the Sobig.F virus that hit on Tuesday: ISPs: Sobig's the biggest virus so far. The article talks about how MessageLabs has seen one in sixteen (1 in 16) emails being Sobig.F (a very high number). The SMTP engine in Sobig.F is very efficient (multithreaded) and can understand and use multiple MX records as well. Nasty little beast, all in the name of putting a backdoor trojan in your PC so that a spammer can freely spam without being able to be tacked down.
