Here's some more info on the SCO -vs- IBM saga. Slashdot has an article (and commentary) entitled: "Stolen" SCO Linux Code Snippets Leaked. Seems an German IT new organization obtained some information on a couple of the slides in SCOs presentation about infringing code. If you read the attached LWN article you'll see that the code is both very old (other references date this back to 1973 by Ken Thompson), and that it's been released by Caldera under a BSD license (free to copy). It's interesting to see that within hours of a release of code folks can find out that SCO is lying. I just hope someone's taking notes :)
