Finally some action in the SCO -vs- IBM lawsuit. In this cNet news piece entitled Red Hat files suit against SCO, Red Hat CEO Matthew Szulik had this to say: "We've been patient, we've listened. But when our customers and the whole open-source community are threatened with innuendo and rumor, it's time to act." They've setup a trust fund to defend GPL properties to the tune of one million dollars. SCO of course will countersue (what else would they do :).
