An eWeek article entitled Cisco Flaw: Fears Ease talks about the lack of attacks at Cisco routers after the publication of the vulnerability in the IOS of the routers. It also basically states that the ISPs have (for the most part) upgraded their routers to code that is not vulnerable, or put in ACLs to prevent the problem until the code can be upgraded.
