Well, here's Richard Stallman's take on the SCO -vs- IBM lawsut: SCO smear campaign can't defeat GNU community. The article raises a fair number of points and addresses a number of issues. It also helps someone not familiar with the history of Linux and GNU better understand what's GNU and what's Linux (mainly the kernel). There are also a number of links to the GNU web site as reference materials.
