Here's more on the infamous 55808 trojan: Mysterious Net traffic spurs code hunt. I've seen these packets on my external perimeter and I'm not sure I believe ISS or Intrusec has captured all of what's going on here. McAfee did find some of the traffic was related to the Randex.C worm/virus that's floating out there. The folks over at the Incidents forum havn't closed the book (entirely) on this issue.
