I've never been a big fan of John Ashcroft, and this article Anti-Terror Law Used Against Hackers, Thieves just gives me more ammo to be disappointed in him. There are more than enough laws on the books to catch hackers and thieves. Seems the FBI ist just using the anti-terror laws to get around the nasty business of having to obtain wiretaps, and search warrants, et al.
