Mark Rasch has written an op-ed piece about the Super-DMCA that I mentioned the other day. It's entitled Super-DMCA Not So Bad. The only problem I can see with this piece is that it's after the fact. There are already several states with the legislation already on the books. What he talks about is changes to the legislation that restrict it, and these changes aren't in the current legislation.
