Here's another article by Kevin Poulson over at Security Focus that'll scare the bejesus out of you. Especially those of us involved in Security. We're always looking for a leg up on those folks looking to cause us problems. It's entitled Use a Honeypot, Go to Prison?.
I really have to wonder what these legislators and lawyers are thinking. They seem to have no clue as to how the real world of computer networks, and computer security works (DMCA is a perfect example).
